Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

  • We gladly accept returns from customers within the 48 contiguous United States, subject to the conditions below. Orders for standard (non-preorder, non-custom) items are processed promptly and generally cannot be canceled or altered once entered. Preorder and custom items are subject to separate terms described below.

  • Items must be returned unused, unaltered, unlaundered, and with original tags attached. The following items are non-returnable: custom or personalized items (including custom jerseys), Islanders Game Originals items, final sale items, and orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

  • To initiate your return by mail, please email isleslab@newyorkislanders.com with your order number and include whether you would like to return or exchange the item(s) in the order. If return, please include the item and reason for return in your email. If exchange, please include the size or style you would like as a replacement in your email.
  • If items arrive damaged or defective please contact customer service by emailing isleslab@newyorkislanders.com. All return shipments must include inside the return package: item(s), order number, purchaser’s name, phone number, email address, and reason for the return/exchange.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, plus additional time for your financial institution to post the credit. Exchanges are subject to available inventory.

  • Purchases may be returned or exchanged in person at the Isles Lab store at UBS Arena during Islanders games at UBS Arena or the Isles Lab Pro Shop at Northwell Health Ice Center during store hours (store hours may vary for holidays and special events).
  • A copy of the order receipt, including the order number, is required for all in-store returns or exchanges. Exchanges are subject to available inventory. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Please allow time for your financial institution to post the credit.
