Shipping

Flat-rate shipping applies to domestic and Canadian orders as disclosed at checkout. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized items may require additional processing time (approximately 4-6 weeks). Customers must notify us of non-delivery within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date. For items shipped to Canada and other international locations, the recipient is solely responsible for all duties, customs fees, import taxes, value‑added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with international shipments. Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees stated at checkout. Refusal to pay required duties or taxes may result in delivery delays, return of the shipment, or forfeiture of the merchandise, in which case no refund will be issued for shipping charges. We do not ship to PO boxes.
